Each aquarium begins with the highest quality cell-cast acrylic for optimum clarity andluster. This non-yellowing U.V. stabilized acrylic is ideal for the manufacturing process because it is more optically clear than glass and seventeen times stronger. Each sheet is inspected for blemishes, then measured and cut to size with diamond-tipped precision.

The newly formed acrylic unit continues on to the bonding department where all seams are fused together. The bonded seams are actually stronger than the material itself. The bottom is then permanently affixed after double checking for 100% watertight seam fusion under high-pressure testing.

These highly scratch resistant acrylic panels are then sent to the drilling department to cut out notches and drill holes. Next, the panels are locked in a form for bending into one permanent piece. At the chemically precise point, the acrylic is removed and cooled into shape.

Nearing completion, the aquarium proceeds to the polishing department where any rough edges are removed. All edges are then flame polished to a clear luster finish. The fully inspected unit is placed in poly bags and proceeds to the shipping department where it is packed with expandable foam to prevent damage in shipping.
